Drawn to art and deeply passionate about drawing since early childhood, Alessandro De Stefano began his artistic journey as a self-taught painter.
His first works emerged in 2014, marking the beginning of a distinctive and evolving style.
His art blurs the boundaries between painting and sculpture, motion and stillness, abstraction and figuration. Each piece becomes a performative process—a dynamic fusion of diverse materials and expressive gestures.
Guided by constant experimentation, Alessandro explores unconventional techniques, mixing pigments with chemical and natural substances, resins, and gypsum. The result: unique, thought-provoking works that challenge traditional notions of form and texture.
